John D'Amato was extremely realistic and sincere. I never had an experience with an attorney before that was so positive. John was thorough and upfront. I knew I could trust him from the start. He explained everything and alleviated any worry I had going in. I found myself needing an attorney after going through a debt consolidation company to get my debt consolidated. The company made payment arrangements with my creditors however they never followed through with my credit union and I received a money judgment to my surprise. I found John and he immediately responded to the courts. Within a few weeks my judgment was settled and I never had to step foot in court and I did not lose anything. No bankruptcy, no nothing.
