I contacted Ferraro Vega hoping for professional help and got the exact opposite. They had me waiting over two months, rarely contacted me, and there was no meaningful follow‑up. When I finally pushed for answers they took more than a week just to review my information — only to tell me they didn’t want to represent me and instead wanted me to be a witness in someone else’s case. After two months of silence and delays, that felt like a slap in the face.

What went wrong
- Unreliable communication— long gaps between responses; I had to chase them repeatedly.
- Excessive delays — two months of waiting with no progress.
- Lack of transparency — no clear explanation of next steps or timeline.
- Poor client care — treated like a convenience rather than a client; ultimately asked to be a witness instead of offering help.

I wish I read the reviews prior to going to this law firm. I was dealing with a horrible job that had late pays, retaliation, favoritism and so much more! I called them as soon as I was placed under investigation for complaining about favoritism literally just speaking up.
They asked for my records and said they would get back to me.btw I had to remind them after the due date of my records. I had SO MUCH PROOF like so much with my hr managers. I had proof from co workers who were willing to testify bout the unfairness. And they denied taking my case after getting my records. They never called me to even ask my side of the story. If you are judging someone from a record that a business might of even messed with than yeah it looks bad but they never even gave me the decency to hear me out. They did encourage me to get another lawyer as many codes were broken. It would’ve nice to at least get a phone call than some short email. I also missed getting my severance.
