I hired this lawyer, Nicholas, because he was local to my area, and I initially felt that he would understand and represent me well. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I was injured while working in a dental office and continued working despite experiencing significant pain. I did not feel that I received the help or advocacy I needed with my workers’ compensation case or temporary disability benefits. I was eventually sent to a QME doctor who stated that she did not see an obvious injury. I found this extremely frustrating because I was the person experiencing the pain. I expected my attorney to advocate for me and help me obtain the appropriate medical evaluation, including an MRI of my wrist, but I did not feel that happened. What disappointed me the most was how I felt my case was handled toward the end. I felt that Nicholas was rushing to get the case settled for whatever small amount could be obtained rather than continuing to fight for me and pursue the medical care and compensation I believed I deserved. From my perspective, it felt like he had lost interest in my case and was simply trying to finish it. I felt that he did not truly care about what I was going through, and I did not feel like my case received the attention, effort, or persistence I expected from an attorney representing an injured client. I am still dealing with the consequences of my injury and wish I had received stronger support and advocacy throughout the process. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this law firm. And here I go by my nick name but I’m sure Nicolas knows who I am
