BEWARE. Extremely disappointing experience and a serious lack of professionalism. I questioned a $799 charge because I never signed an agreement accepting that amount. Trying to get answers became an incredibly frustrating experience. Dana, the receptionist, was rude, refused to connect me with a supervisor, and hung up on me. I also felt mocked when I paused to gather my thoughts. Basic respect should never be too much to ask. Rachael then told me in writing that I should only call again to pay and accused me of harassing the staff. I was trying to discuss a disputed bill. After approximately two months of collection warnings and a “limited-time” $500 offer that was later extended, I felt pressured and dismissed. My concerns remained unresolved. To me, this entire experience felt like a money grab. The way they handled my questions and treated me destroyed my trust. I would not recommend this business.

Rachael is the most pathetic excuse for a business owner I’ve almost ever seen. Her and her staff were awful to communicate with, their responses were condescending, late, and rarely ever helpful. I felt guilty, even asking questions- I got emotional on several occasions communicating with them. You could never reach them on the phone, and the whole process took way longer than all of the timeframes they gave us. They never talked about invoices upfront, they just sent you a bill afterwards. When we had questions about it, they threatened to send us to collections. Will never work with them again to say the least, and this is your warning to go elsewhere.

Go elsewhere! Worked with Rachael Callahan firm for months on an unlawful detainer case for eviction of a tenant. The process was extremely frustrating, communication was poor and the day of the court case had never even been notified the name or contact info of the lawyer representing us nor was the lawyer was briefed on our case. After conclusion of the case, I received another surprise invoice over a month later and upon questioning the bill, received some of the most unprofessional and condescending emails directly from Rachael herself, extremely surprising for a business owner. I do not recommend, there are better options available.

I enjoy working with Rachael and her staff. They are professional and very knowledgeable about landlord tenant law.
