My mother’s experience with this law office was unsatisfactory and raised significant concerns regarding professionalism, case management, and client representation.

During her adjustment of status (green card) interview, the attorney engaged in a verbal dispute with a USCIS officer. This was highly concerning, as it was inappropriate in a formal immigration proceeding and, in my view, may have negatively impacted the outcome of her case. No apology or acknowledgment of this conduct was ever provided.

Additionally, my mother’s passport was lost while in the firm’s possession. The office stated that it had been returned; however, it has not been recovered, and no resolution was offered.

After terminating representation and requesting her case file, there were further issues. She was initially provided with a disc that was supposed to contain her documents, but it was blank. It took approximately one week to receive a corrected copy, and interactions with staff during this process were unprofessional and argumentative.

The fees quoted by this office were also higher than those of subsequent counsel retained for comparable services.

Overall, this experience caused unnecessary delays, stress, and uncertainty during an already critical legal process. Based on these issues, I cannot recommend this firm. Prospective clients should carefully evaluate professionalism, communication, and case handling practices before engaging their services.

Staff was very unprofessional and tried telling me I needed to pay for another consultation even though we had already spoken to Jerry our lawyer. I don’t recommend this company to no one. They will rip you off and talk to you like you don’t matter.

Estoy muy agradecida con el equipo del abogado Ernesto ya que gracias a Dios y a ellos se cumplió el sueño de poder estar yo y mis hijos juntos con mi esposo en los Estados Unidos ya que por su buen trabajo y dedicación nos pudieron ayudar a arreglar nuestra residencia y principalmente a Kevin Pamplona que siempre estuvo muy al pendiente de nuestro caso durante el proceso que se llevó a cabo hasta lograr el objetivo.
