Wyer Law was exceptional and exceeded my expectations recovering my surplus equity. They also helped me get more time so I was not evicted with no additional costs or fees and their fee was far below all the companies and people calling me trying to charge 20-30%. Curtis was very responsive and kept me up to date about the progress throught this process. I only had good experiences with this firm. Thank you Curtis and Wyer Law for your help.

OUR FINANCIAL INFORMATION WAS COMPROMISED DUE TO THIS PRACTICE.
We sent our ACH deposit information to receive a surplus payment. Shortly after sending our information our bank account was hacked and fraudulent charges were attempted. We immediately shut that account down and reported the attempt. When we contacted this law firm to report our findings we were told their email had been hacked and several other clients financial information had been taken and fraudulently charged as well. They told me they will not be paying the surplus to our other secure account because they have “locked” their ILOTA account that has “our” money in it. Curtis stated they would only be able to pay us once their insurance company has completed an investigation which may take up to 60 MORE days to complete. When I questioned the legitimacy of the firm he responded by offering to show me financial transactions from other clients to prove they actually send money out. This only worsened my suspicion. When I voiced my concerns further, Curtis insulted me by making a remark about feeling the pressure due to my current financial situation. He tried to negate the fact that he said it by disputing the verbiage that was particularly used but nonetheless the insinuation was made that I was only pushing the matter because I needed the money. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND IRRELEVANT.
I am still VERY concerned about the legitimacy of the firm and the way they handle business. If I were you I would be weary of utilizing this firm until they can better manage their security measures, business practices, and customer service.

I've submitted several claims to Ian Wyer for surplus funds through Curtis Haverland sometime back and was never contacted or paid. Be wary of using this service and/or avoid.

One of the worst experiences of my life dealing with these people they have a lot of hidden fees things they don't tell you about up front highly recommend you find somewhere else for a lawyer and all they do is try to pick on the person that's already hurting and make it worse
