We have been working with Kevin Harper for several months now both with a deed issue and a HOA issue. He is highly competent, professional, and very personal. He inspired much confidence and was always very responsive to our emails and questions. I feel like he has reasonable hourly rates, and he is very honest when he is billing hours. I highly recommend using him.

We worked with Kevin Harper and his team several years ago on a real estate matter in Arizona. Although we are based in Los Angeles, Kevin made the process seamless and was extremely efficient and responsive.

More recently, we faced an exceptionally challenging and complicated situation with a tenant at our Arizona property. Throughout what could have been a very stressful experience, Kevin and his team handled everything with care, thoughtfulness, and professionalism. They were effective, clear, and communicative at every step, keeping us informed and supported the entire way.

Kevin’s counsel is sound, practical, and deeply helpful. I honestly cannot imagine how we would have navigated this situation without his guidance. I give Kevin and his team my highest recommendation.

The consult was sadly what I expected it to be. It was painful to listen to what he choose to hear. Due to his selective hearing, there was absolutely no use in continuing to verbalize details about the situation. For him and his mental abilities, theres a low threshold for important considerations. The tolerance is, exactly, it is nonexistent. I simply got an elevator speech. Such great advice... its like I hadnt already thought about that or heard this before. Dissappointed.

SCAMMED me and DRAGGED OUT my CASE and the ANSWER.
He also MANIPULATED an Excessive Bill and caused me STRESS.

There were only 3 things I questioned
1. Why was he NOT supplying an ANSWER to the Courts?
2. Why did he Contact the Opposing Party 9 times?
3. Why Drag Out the Case for 2 months?

Why drag things out when I had the funds to close the case at the start?
TO SCAM FOR MORE MONEY!!!

I hired Him to Negotiate the Debt, which he Did NOT do.

The courts web site and all the videos I watched, Address the Severity of NOT supplying an ANSWER.
If NOT delivered on time, You will Lose your Case; My Home, in this Case.

Mr. Harper did NOT supply an ANSWER even after I repeatedly requested it.

This induced stress and caused me to contact him more than necessary.

I asked him to Provide me the HOA's Total Bill, so I could Pay It Off before the Due Date for delivering the ANSWER.

The Due Date was set to arrive in Three Days.

He said he would get me that Total Bill. He did NOT. He made himself unavailable for 4 days.

This Stressed me Out, causing me to write Excessive Emails, cause he was NOT answering me.

He contacted me after Four Days and told me he Now Supplied the ANSWER.

WHAT??? I WANTED the TOTAL and NOT the ANSWER this Late!!!

That was more Wasted Money and Stress.

Mr. Harper, PLEASE:

Acquiring Money Above Respecting People will Lead You Down the Evil Path

*** You Owe Me Thousands Back, Mr. Harper.

Due to you Scamming Me out of that money, I am facing the same situation with the HOA.

Here is your opportunity to show Empathy, Respect, and Save Yourself.

To properly demonstrate you handled my case, please Reimburse Me, recognize the induced stress, and include interest.

Give back enough to leave yourself hurting, because I was. Now, that is Empathy.

I pray that God assists you in this matter. I do so because I care about people.
