I called my wife at 10:20 and left a message that i was on my way home and then the next call on my phone was from 911 that my car had automatically called asking me what my emergency was. Within a short amount of time, my wife and I were in his office detailing the situations and he took not only the case but also the stress of having to deal with the police and the insurance companies. He didn’t make false promises and gave us our options as well as his recommended suggestions; all while being steadfast in his assertion that we were the wronged party and he would fight for us. Initially the insurance company offered a deal that was irrational and covered none of our costs. Byron brought that to us and told us it was not in our best interest. He then went back to the insurance company, told them to sharpen their pencils and come back with a better deal. Needless to say, their second offer was even better than we had hoped and Byron accepted it on our behalf. Dealing with a totaled car and a drunk driver is not something anyone wants to face. It’s stressful, scary and unnerving but working with Bryon and his team allowed us to put our time and emotions into my recovery and family while they took care of the rest. We were highly impressed with with how Byron and his team handled themselves professionally throughout the whole situation and highly recommend Byron Browne.
