We have been working with Kevin Harper for several months now both with a deed issue and a HOA issue. He is highly competent, professional, and very personal. He inspired much confidence and was always very responsive to our emails and questions. I feel like he has reasonable hourly rates, and he is very honest when he is billing hours. We worked with Kevin Harper and his team several years ago on a real estate matter in Arizona. Although we are based in Los Angeles, Kevin made the process seamless and was extremely efficient and responsive. More recently, we faced an exceptionally challenging and complicated situation with a tenant at our Arizona property. Throughout what could have been a very stressful experience, Kevin and his team handled everything with care, thoughtfulness, and professionalism. The consult was sadly what I expected it to be. It was painful to listen to what he choose to hear. Due to his selective hearing, there was absolutely no use in continuing to verbalize details about the situation. For him and his mental abilities, theres a low threshold for important considerations. The tolerance is, exactly, it is nonexistent. I simply got an elevator speech. Such great advice... its like I hadnt already thought about that or heard this before. Dissappointed.

I could not be more grateful to Kevin for his expertise. My HOA management company caused so many issues for me after a devastating water damage loss, but Kevin got me through it! I'd never needed an attorney before and didn't know who to turn to, I'm so glad it was Kevin!
