I called about work done for a club I am in. The work was done prior to me becoming treasurer. Mrs Snider was very helpful and gave me answers to all my questions. Based on this interaction over the phone I would use them in the future.

My experience with Jen Fain has been deeply disappointing and concerning. Despite my sole custody of my child and a clear record of prioritizing his safety and well-being, Jen consistently favored the mother’s rights over the child’s best interests. This bias was evident in her advocacy, which appeared rooted in an unfounded belief that I was controlling, rather than recognizing the reality of the situation—a father doing everything possible to protect his child from a violent, mentally ill, and incompetent mother.

What is most troubling is the lack of focus on the child's safety and long-term well-being. Jen seemed more concerned with supporting the mother, irrespective of the serious concerns regarding her ability to provide a safe and stable environment. This approach not only undermined my efforts to secure a healthy future for my child but also raised serious questions about the priorities in her role as a Guardian Ad Litem.

I urge anyone considering Ms. Fain for this critical role to reflect on whether their primary goal is to protect the child’s rights and well-being. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Jen to anyone seeking a fair, unbiased advocate for their child’s best interests.
