We needed Bill to fight for us against our HOA with conflicting covenants and restrictions. With the time that Bill had he only sent one letter to the HOA never followed up had us do the legwork, and continued to charge us by each 30 minute increments on each text phone call. As he drugged his feet and did nothing. Which allowed the HOA president to get his own attorney that Bill admitted to being his friend and allowed the new attorney the time To write up a way for the HOA to go around the law of needing a fence for a pool and just having the HOA vote out swimming pools. Even though the HOA had approved the pool and had approved the pool when we moved in seven years ago. Bill never even followed up, never cared and never fought for his clients in this manner. I would never use him again as an attorney a complete waste of money and now the money we’ve saved for seven years for our dream is flushed down the toilet over his friendship with another attorney.

Do not recommend. Initially, it seemed like the meeting went but it quickly became apparent that Bill's intentions were the opposite. Lies were made about me to the opposite party's lawyer and it got back to me (like how I apparently "owed" them money ... but I did not) and after a few back-and-forth conversations, decided to fire Bill and hire another lawyer. So happy I did because my next and final lawyer represented me and had my interest throughout the whole case that went in my favor.

I consulted with Bill in June regarding a legal matter, and my initial impression was quite positive. During our first meeting, he appeared knowledgeable and competent, providing insights that gave me hope for resolving my issue. I felt reassured by his expertise and was optimistic about moving forward with my case.

However, my experience took a disappointing turn after that initial meeting. Despite my attempts to reach out for further guidance, I found myself facing an unexpected lack of communication. Emails went unanswered, and my phone calls were never returned. It was disheartening to be left in the dark, especially when I was relying on his professional support to navigate my legal challenges.

I would advise potential clients to be cautious and ensure that they are comfortable with the level of engagement and commitment they can expect from this attorney.
