Wendell and his assistant, Lori, are wonderful to work with. My brother passed away in December 2024 and Wendell handled the estate for us. The estate closed in May 2026. I was my brother's personal representative for his estate. Wendell is very knowledgeable, efficient, effective, fair, and compassionate. He fully explained the entire process and was supportive throughout. A high school friend who lives in Oregon and is a CPA recommended Wendell. I live in Kentucky and my brother owned two houses in Milwaukie. Wendell recommended a realtor who was very effective in selling the houses.
