We had a house closing scheduled with Voelkl Law. Prior to the closing, Jeff (Jeff Voelkl) and his staff were extremely helpful in guiding us through the process and making sure we had everything we needed for the closing. On the day of, they were prepared to receive us in their office, and gave us clear and concise advice - and walked us through every document before we signed anything. The process was quick (30 minutes) and efficient. It was actually the easiest part of our purchase, and my son, who purchased the home, felt very comfortable that we were in good hands.
