I got into a accident around March 2025. I didn't know I was able to receive any compensation being my first accident ever, but Ts law called me first & so my husband & I went with them. I was told from jump it would be 33% for them, but they would NEVER get more than me. Kemper was the auto insurance company we were working with & we were made aware that they take forever to process things, but had already signed paperwork to begin the process. I got my car paid for & fixed and that took almost two months due to processing & claims. During this time, I didn't have a car & it was HARD. The insurance company did NOT want to pay for a rental & I wasn't going to borrrow against MY insurance to pay for a rental. My insurance would go up! Wanda, the lawyer I had been assigned to, told me about a loan program where I could borrow against my earnings until I receive them. If I don't get paid, I owe nothing, BUT there, of course, would be accumulated interest. I borrowed the money in June 2025.

I went to the chiropractor, doctors visits, everything I was told to do all summer. Around September, my husband & I began to wonder why it was taking so long to close the case. Eventually, I recieved an award letter from Kemper stating a check for $25,000 had been sent to my lawyers office. I contacted them & they told me they were working on reducing my medical cost & this took another two weeks.

Finally I recived a letter stating my compensation would only be $5100 out of $25,000 check!!!!! $5100..... I was responsible for paying back ALL the interest on the loan I took out in June 2025, I never knew it would take another 4 months, I would have NEVER took out a loan!!! When first asked, I refused because of interest. With my medical bills & their fee, which ended up being more than what I got which was $6200 something, was also taken from my check as well.

I am the only reason we got a $25,000 check & all I recieved in the end was $5000 damn dollars........ It took them 8 months to close this case. I IMPLORE you to go with someone else!!! In the end, who knows how much they really pocketed! Not to mention, when my husband went to pick up our check, Wanda, ny lawyer was over 2 hours late despite our scheduled meeting time & my husband had our 2 & 3 year old with him.

I would NOT go with Ts law!!!! I am SO upset with myself that I didnt call around first. $25,000 and 8 months later, all I got was $5100.... The other reviews HAVE to be fake, because there is NO WAY!!!

GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE OR AT LEAST CHECK YOUR OPTIONS!!!! We're moving forward, but it sucks & i wish I could go back in time. Good luck
