They don't respond to calls. Missed calls go to voicemail and you get a text message asking you to text. They don't call you back.

The goal is to get you to sign up for MetLife Legal Insurance. Which, on paper, isn't bad by itself, but Lionel is killing the business. The "free" consultation is only offered if you provide your MetLife Insurance to them and MetLife Insurance is a 12 subscription plan costing around $250 total. You will not speak to an attorney or paralegal. Just Lionel, who is more of a sales rep than anyone who can assist with bankruptcy.

When I asked about the consultation, I was told, "We don't do consultations then file 3 weeks later. We do consultations when we can file..." Which is crazy because without the consultation how do you know if I can file?

From my basic understanding, my case should be fairly straightforward, but Lionel just makes the process incredibly frustrating. Trust the reviews!

Don't do it. They don't return calls or anything. He will have you purchase MetLife legal then you never hear from him again his name is Lionel he is horrible when it comes to conducting business

My process was fast and straight to the point. Any questions I needed help with regarding next steps, court, or basic questions I always received a fast email or phone call. Mr Lionel was straight to the point and got the job done. Stacey was such a sweet heart and very understanding. She gave good advice and always responding to my concerns. Tina was also very helpful and when she felt I didn’t understand through email she would call to give me a break down so that we were in the same page. I have referred a few people and will continue to refer people. They do not leave you hanging in this process. They understand this can be very vulnerable for us and they are there to help!!
