So glad I read this you need to do something about Lionel he is extremely rude and arrogant. Over talks you, won’t let you get a word out. When you do get to ask a question He says he knows what your about to say then when he realizes that wasn’t the question ask you to repeat it. I had follow up questions before I signed on with your company and never received a response not via txt, call or email. This man will continue to drive away customers. He wanted me to get MetLife legal and all other attorneys is asking why! I’m disgusted by the tone I received asking to resend my options for plans and he said I already sent it to you and my email deleted it decided it was spam. This is so frustrating when we are dealing with a lot and already overwhelmed. There are lawyers with humility and can talk to you with respect. I’ll find help elsewhere I suggest you all do to. Also I know the company will comment about my experience but what are you going to do to fix the problem. Every person that has commented you apologize for their experience then tell people they should still come to you when you have this arrogant, disrespectful person working for you. Absolutely disgusting
