There advertising is borderline criminal and leaves a lot to be desired. They send scare letters to people and comb court house dockets to find people to send these horrible letters too. Even if the information is wrong, sending this letter to people seems pretty egregious to me, so much so that I have contacted MY ATTORNEY about your "advertisements." DO NOT TRUST PEOPLE WHO MARKET LIKE THIS!

After I introduced myself and explained why I was calling, his first response was: “It would be a waste to even talk about this if I don’t know your situation.” Rather than explaining that eligibility depends on individual circumstances, he continued with a tone that felt aggressive and unwelcoming, despite my being respectful and genuinely seeking information. Lianel, you are the first point of contact and, therefore, the first impression of this firm. Unfortunately, you did not represent it well. When someone is reaching out about a sensitive legal and financial matter, they deserve patience, professionalism, and basic respect. I gave you several opportunities to shift the conversation, but your approach made it clear that I would not feel comfortable trusting you or this firm with something as important as my bankruptcy filing. Customer experience matters. Your first interaction may determine whether someone ever chooses to do business with you—and in this case, you lost mine.

So glad I read this you need to do something about Lionel he is extremely rude and arrogant. Over talks you, won’t let you get a word out. When you do get to ask a question He says he knows what your about to say then when he realizes that wasn’t the question ask you to repeat it. I had follow up questions before I signed on with your company and never received a response not via txt, call or email. This man will continue to drive away customers. He wanted me to get MetLife legal and all other attorneys is asking why! I’m disgusted by the tone I received asking to resend my options for plans and he said I already sent it to you and my email deleted it decided it was spam. This is so frustrating when we are dealing with a lot and already overwhelmed. There are lawyers with humility and can talk to you with respect. I’ll find help elsewhere I suggest you all do to. Also I know the company will comment about my experience but what are you going to do to fix the problem. Every person that has commented you apologize for their experience then tell people they should still come to you when you have this arrogant, disrespectful person working for you. Absolutely disgusting
