Had a phone interview with Mr. Ratchford and he could not even comprehend what I was saying and then kept interrupting and being judgmental before I ever even finish my story. Said derogatory things about my family .Then was very rude when I asked him if he would just listen to the full story he would be able to comprehend, he ended up saying just call somebody else.
