Powers Law Firm PA

I called and a woman by the name of Kay, answered. I am not sure if they are just for answering the phone or an actual attorney but they are one of the sweetest and patient people I have ever had the pleasure to talk to. I am on the younger side and clueless to most things dealing with this and she was so patient and understanding with all the questions I asked and help in every possible way for me. I had previously called other law firms before and purely due to just talking with Kay, I was adamant that I did not want any other firm. I felt like she cared for me being comfortable then just pushing for business. Which is what I got from previous firms I had talked to. She needs a promotion, she will drive up business just from her being so understanding and caring for people who call needing help. I will highly recommend this firm purely just from having 1 phone call with Kay.

Listen!! I was contacted about my situation on a Saturday, not knowing anything about the law, I called Powers Law Firm knowing they would be close on the weekend. The VM gave me the option to text! Mr. Powers responded immediately and gave me the information needed to calm my nerves. He went over my situation with me and helped me navigate through the court system without fear. After the conversation he also noticed I, had a speeding ticket and told me he could get this knocked out the way for me. He did exactly what he said he was going to do. Mr. Powers spent an hour with a total stranger (me) on the weekend and really helped me out. The experience was out of this world. I will call him for ALL future needs!
