I just finished speaking with a staff member at the firm, and unfortunately, this is the second time I’ve encountered unprofessional and discourteous behavior when attempting to schedule a consultation with Attorney Plappert. He was referred to me by another attorney, and I was genuinely looking forward to receiving knowledgeable, local guidance. Instead, I was met with sharp, dismissive communication from the woman who answered the phone, which was both surprising and disheartening. While I do need legal assistance, I will not invest my time or money in any practice that allows its clients to be spoken to in such a manner. If this individual is representative of the firm’s culture, then it is clear how prospective clients can expect to be treated, and I would strongly advise others to take that into consideration.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful Morgan has been! She was truly great to work with—kind, patient, and always willing to explain things clearly. Her dedication and hard work made a stressful process feel manageable, and thanks to her efforts, we had a very positive outcome in our case. I’m deeply grateful for everything she did for us.
