I was referred to this law firm by a trusted friend when I urgently needed legal assistance. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.

Over the course of a week and a half—possibly closer to two weeks—I called nearly every day. I only managed to speak with the receptionist twice. The first time was to ask some basic questions. The second time was to schedule a consultation, and I was told that I would receive a call back once the attorney's schedule opened up. That call never came.

Despite leaving numerous voicemail messages and making multiple follow-up attempts, I never received a response from anyone at the firm.

When someone is seeking legal representation, reliability, communication, and professionalism are essential. A law office that cannot return phone calls or provide basic follow-up to potential clients does not inspire confidence. If a firm cannot be dependable during the initial consultation process, it raises serious concerns about how client matters may be handled after retention.

Based on my experience, I would not choose to use this law firm, nor would I feel comfortable recommending it to others. Common courtesy and timely communication should be the minimum standard for any professional office.
