Lee Fairchild is an absolute SHARK in the courtroom. She moves at the speed of lightning, doesn't waste time, and goes straight after what needs to be done. She's sharp, aggressive when she needs to be, and clearly knows her way around a courtroom. She doesn't hesitate, and she's not afraid to fight for her clients. One thing I've learned is that there are plenty of attorneys out there who will tell you everything you want to hear just to get your business. Then, the moment you pay them, the urgency disappears, communication slows down, and you're left wondering what they're actually doing with your money. My experience with Lee has been the complete opposite. The moment you retain her, she's off to the races. Subpoenas, motions, filings, whatever needs to get done, she's on it. This woman moves FAST, and you can tell she takes her job seriously. She doesn't just talk a good game, she gets straight to work. My case is an extremely complicated and frustrating situation, and I've had some serious concerns about how certain things have been handled by the court. Unfortunately, one thing I've learned throughout this process is that even the best attorney cannot control the decisions a judge makes. People need to understand that an unfavorable ruling doesn't automatically mean you had a bad attorney. A lawyer can be completely prepared, know the law, present a strong argument, and still receive a ruling they disagree with. Some judges make decisions that leave you scratching your head, and unfortunately, attorneys don't get to make those decisions for them. Regardless of the final outcome of my case, I genuinely don't believe I could have found anyone better to represent me. Lee is quick, determined, and doesn't waste a second getting down to business. One piece of advice I'd give anyone going through litigation is to seriously consider hiring a court reporter. Having an accurate record of what takes place in the courtroom can be extremely important, especially if an appeal ever becomes necessary. At the end of the day, I judge an attorney by their preparation, work ethic, knowledge, and willingness to fight for their client, not just the outcome of a case. And from what I've experienced, Lee Fairchild checks every single one of those boxes. **She's not the type of attorney who takes your money and then has to be chased down to get things moving.
