We worked with Testa Law firm to create our will. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional and answered all of our questions. They worked around our schedules to best accommodate us. I would give them zero stars if I could. I contacted them to handle my mother’s estate. It started out well, but then turned ugly. I know these things take time, but almost 3 years! They turned out to be incredibly lazy and unprofessional. They wouldn’t answer my phone calls, emails, . Called constantly and left messages with the receptionist to have Amy Testa call me - NOTHING. So I would drive there to talk to someone and answer my questions. Well, then I was told “ not to pop in” ! They even put a sign on the door. I was paying this firm and I am supposed to wait around for them . No- that’s not the way it works. They don’t have enough people on staff there. They are unprofessional ,lazy, dishonest. Maybe they just aren’t qualified to handle estates . Idk- but it was very stressful and I would never work with them again! They also never finished the job. Special tax forms had to be done for the IRS. I had to pay almost $3,000 to my financial advisor to take care of it so everyone could get their final distribution. It was a nightmare I never want to repeat and wouldn’t want anyone to have to go through what I and my siblings did. They made a stressful situation expeditiously way worse. PLEASE: think twice before dialing their phone number
