Absolutely terrible. I hired Roberta specifically and got stuck with Kassidy Streeter. Throughout the process I had MANY unanswered emails and phone calls. I did EXACTLY what Roberta & Kassidy told me to do on multiple occasions to later be bashed in court for doing exactly that. When it came to court, not one word was ever said to defend my case, not once. It was embarrassing how inadequate my “team” was. I paid somewhere around $11,000 to not be defended even once. I thought many times about suing for malpractice but honestly I just didn’t want to relive that part of my life again. I would NEVER suggest hiring these people to anyone. They take your money and run, that’s it. They don’t care about you, they don’t care about your kids, they only care about your money and once they have it, game over.
