I had a really poor experience with Terry in a family law case. Whether it had to do with communications or simply just how he treated me as a paying client. If your expectation is that your attorney will have any sort of emotional intelligence towards you in a very vulnerable moment of your life. I would keep looking.

I would’ve rated him four stars until now. In 2010 I nearly died in a car accident and he helped me win the court case. It took 3 years to get anything, which was crazy but now that my daughter just turned 18, she’s entitled to her portion of the settlement but we can’t get him to call us back! The bank won’t let her touch it without a release letter from him but no one will call us back!!!! I’ve tried emailing, I’ve tried calling but we are unable to get anywhere. I’m beyond angry and annoyed with him!

We scheduled an appointment with him and he didn’t review the documents til we were on a conference call with him. He stated to call a different lawyer that he couldn’t help. They could have said that before having to wait to meet with him. You’d think a lawyers office would have better organization. No guidance. No information provided.
