Highly recommend Mr. Scarfe!!! My case should really have been an open and shut case since I was arrested for a DUI with bal of 0 but it ended up being a very long and exhausting 5-year fight. Without getting into too much detail, what I was suffering from was very severe insomnia and sleep deprivation but I was treated like a drug abuser by the arresting officer. There had been some setbacks and obstacles with disappointing outcomes and I came very close to giving up at times.
