if i could give less than a star i would. this man will take the money and run. did nit represent me with any effort, office staff was rude. i live my life in pain daily, he couldn't even get me effective treatment , he didn't even have the most debilitating injuries on my claim after a year of me trying to get treatment. i would pass on any amount of money to have been treated. Hey bart get out of bed with the work comp insurance companies, roll up your sleeves, it mught have helped with my quality of life you POS!

I hired Bart Mehlhop to help me with a worker's compensation case several years ago and greatly regret it to this day. I was in an auto accident and had serious nerve damage that kept me from working for almost 3 years. He put on a good act that he was helping me but settled my case for next to nothing compared to all the wages I lost over that time and my continued inability to work because I couldn't use my right arm due to the nerve damage. I had to seek out and pay for my own medical treatment after the settlement. He also "buddied" up with the opposing insurance company attorney and the Judge at the Hearing that was held in the case. After they interrogated me at the Hearing - at which time Bart never defended me in any way - they went into a back room where I could hear everything they said. They all said I was lying about everything and was not injured. Go ahead and take your chances - maybe he's changed since then - but that's what happened to me.
