Mark Steinberg is fantastic and represents his clients to the fullest. He is responsive and was always available during my workers' comp case. Even years later, I called with a quick question, and he remembered me and the case. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a good attorney to represent them.

Horrible customer service. During my first intake call the representative was thorough, polite and did an excellent job. They called back to get some follow-up information and a second representative took over the call and was rude, dismissive and would cut me off every time I would try to speak. It got to the point that I decided I did not want their services and told them thank you for their time. I do not see where all the five star reviews are coming from if this is how they're treating potential clients. Response: Your representative who was rude was not trying to help. She said at this time you would not help me and when I tried to explain what I needed help a with, she repeatly cut me off before listening to what I had to say. I have no interest in retaining representation from a firm that has intake representatives that are rude, dismissive and unprofessional. Update: One of the partners called me directly and rectified the situation in a very professional manner. He explained the going ons and offered his sincere apology. I appreciate going the extra mile to mend and resolve the issue.

The communication and hard work this firm puts in for us is entirely worth working with them.

They do not take any new workers comp/disability cases anymore

I had such a great experience with Eason & Tambornini. The process took some time, but I can honestly say it was absolutely worth the wait. They never rushed the process just to get the case settled and continued negotiating to get the best outcome possible for both me and my daughter. I especially want to thank Francesca Casique and Seth Bradley. Francesca was amazing throughout the entire process. She kept me updated, answered all of my questions (and I had plenty!), explained things in a way I could understand, and always made me feel comfortable reaching out. Seth continued to advocate for us and pushed for more even when the insurance company was ready to be done. In the end, I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. The patience paid off, and I truly appreciate the time, effort, and care they put into both of our cases.
