I scheduled a paid consultation with Gilles Walters for a housing dispute. Our call lasted around 30 minutes, and he stated he would use the remaining time to draft a follow-up or review my documents. That never happened. Instead, I got a dismissive summary that echoed the landlord’s claims without meaningful legal analysis or advocacy.

When I asked for clarification or a partial refund for the unused time, I received a two-word email with no substance. For the price, I expected either meaningful strategic input or at least professional communication.
