We contacted Johnny Phillips Law regarding an auto accident in 2024 (hit by another driver who failed to maintain their lane and was cited with no insurance). One day before a scheduled hearing in Nov. 2025 we were notified (by phone by this law firm) that the case was dismissed (we expected a hearing to determine damages as there were several severe injuries requiring ICU at Grady (multiple fractures and sutures).
Communication definitely was not up to par and would not recommend or use again.
No explanation was given to us as to why this case was suddenly dismissed as we were told that we would be able to pursue the defendant's assets. At minimal, a judgement was anticipated that may have resulted in garnishments as the defendant is employed.

Know what to expect Johnny Phillips cares about his money not about his client or keeping the client, informed, I received one phone call in 6 months and never communicated with me about the case and out of $25,000 they offered me $5000 now I wish I hired my 25% lawyer in instead of Johnny Phillips I just didn't expect to be offered lowest figure without disgusting the settlement just sent a email didn't even answer my phone call SMH

They took my case even with how complicated it was even after being turned down by other big&small firms they were able to get me something instead of nothing I am very grateful thank you!!
