Penn Law, as we see, has only 6 reviews, been the last one 2 years ago!! My case was referred to Penn Law from other attorneys. Shortly after, they took intake information. Then they sent me a Contingency Fee agreement with higher fees than the initial one. So I clearly was suspicious that the case was not going to go far. The contract was very precaurious, my husband's name was mispelled twice, they include absurd costs such as fascimile costs and long distance phone calls. We this is 2026. Those costs do not exist. I called 3 times and left messages to speak with an attorney to clarify where our case was at and the new contract. After 3 phone calls and messages and 3 weeks later, Mr. Darren Penn called. After almost a month, he did NOT know that they could not represent me, because I had no personal injuries. Which is fine, since I already expected this. But their personnel kept sending me the Contigency Fee Agreements TO SIGN. So, if I signed the contract, the case would had failed (since I did not have injuries) and they could have sent me a bill!!! ??It is a very interesting strategy, althought stupid!!! Of course, I did not fell for this one. When speaking to Mr. Penn, he kept talking like a bad attorney, minimizing, gaslighting, twisting the truth. It was enterntaining!! I sent him the emails to show him the useless suspicious actions of his staff. He COULD NOT EXPLAIN why his firm took my case that did NOT qualify for their representation and kept ASKING me to sign a Contingency Fee Agreement without legal explanation for 3 weeks. I have never encountered any law firm like this.

One of the best injury law firms in the state. I work extensively with Darren and his firm on a number of extremely large cases, and I continue to be impressed with the quality of their work and their dedication to their clients. Perhaps most importantly in this line of work, they're honest and do what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it. You can't go wrong with them.

If you would like to feel like you are home away from while getting legal matters handle, this is the business you need. I actually feel like I am related to each individual. Rhea the assistant is always peaceful, pleasant and knowledgeable. I sooo appreciate what you all brought to the table with your years of experience. Thanks….I will use Penn again and again

I was informed often of their pursuit of my legal rights. Recently the suit was settled fairly. I will ever be grateful for Darren and Sache’s unrelenting legal skills and friendship. They are two of my heroes.
