UPDATE PROVIDED BELOW:

I would NOT recommend this law firm to ANYONE. My partner and I feel like just another check to them. I don’t know if since we are not going to get them a higher payout than others that we are important enough to even receive a decent phone call or return correspondence via the portal. We always have to call them first and hope and pray that they have time for us, but now for TWO months we have been waiting on a phone call from our lawyer to give our statements to the insurance company. This is ridiculous and upsetting. Our lawyer CLAIMS they are trying to get us a larger payout, but really the ball was dropped. How do I know? The even placed the wrong accident under my insurance company and left it to us to figure that out. They didn’t say anything at all to me when I confronted them about it besides “verify the correct accident day.” How is that not one of the FIRST pieces of information in my file?

EVEN IF I DIDN’T WORK WITH THIS FIRM IT WAS ONE VERY SIMILAR IN NAME .I AM PRETTY SURE IT’S ONE AND THE SAME. HOWEVER, TO BE A LAWYER AND TO CALL SOMEONE “STUPID” BEHIND A SCREEN IS COWARDLY AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
