I am writing to formally submit a complaint regarding the professional conduct of attorney Roy E. Ogden.

This matter pertains to his representation involving the Board of Realtors, which I believe began around 2009. During this time, Mr. Ogden utilized discriminatory tactics that have had a profound and lasting negative impact on my life. I am still suffering the consequences of his actions today.

Please be advised that while an investigation into this matter was previously opened by Eric Holder, I feel that my voice was suppressed and the issue was never adequately resolved. I am seeking a formal review of Mr. Ogden’s conduct, as I believe his actions warrant disbarment to prevent further harm.

Krista Sabin.a lawyer who works at this firm is unethical, irresponsible and has handled her role in administering my mother's trust in such a bad way that she has damaged the beneficiaries. She misquotes the law, is self-interested, doesn't provide candor to third parties in letters and pleadings , is non transparent, mishandled filings procedurally, filed the wrong petition and gave wrong advice.
