My disabled brother had an IRA at an investment firm that refused to honor my Power of Attorney to access his account. Julia and her team were incredible to deal with, as our step father neared the end of his life. It was a very complicated situation, his girlfriend was changing his will, health care directives, abusing the workers at his AFH, and trying to subjecting him to surgeries his doctors said he would never survive. She not only helped us navigate these complex waters, but she jumped right into them, and really saved the situation, allowing him to die as he originally wanted, and not what his lunatic girlfriend wanted. Her team was also so helpful - sending documents, walking us through them, and being generally supportive. Highly recommended in any VAPO and Estate matters. Highly.
