A seamless process getting our wills, trust, and powers of attorney set up. In addition to being highly competent, they are just too incredibly pleasant people who made the whole process, as I said above, an absolute pleasure. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I came here with a fairly complicated estate issue where my property was in trust but, the original trust was mia, the official copy of it available had no signature and the second trustor/trustee had passed away. I needed the property moved into my own name and out of the original trust so I could place it in a new one and sell the home or pass it on without issues. Jenni, Paige, Claire and Lisa were all amazing: they listened, were respectful and thoughtful in their approach and discussions with me, thought the circumstances out thoroughly, were time and cost efficient/effective. They were understanding of my timing and needs. All of these things they provided to the greatest degree of professionalism. Important point: What I was also truly grateful for in addition was their transparency: billing, time line, costs, process, options, potential set backs… everything was out in the open for me to see, and I felt the greatest confidence and trust throughout the process from start to finish. The entire team was easy to work with, provided all the information we needed to construct our estate plan and very efficient. Jenni was great. She took all the time we needed and explained everything in detail using language we (not being lawyers) understood. The whole team is well worth the time, effort and expense.
