Melissa and her team were incredible. I was in a car accident the same week I was diagnosed with cancer. After the accident (when I was hit broadside by a car jumping in front of a large truck in order to go horizontally across 6 to 7 lanes of traffic) Melissa worked continuously and kept me informed on the status of my situation, fighting for me for the entire two years and seven months it took for her to get me a reasonable closure.
