Atty's at Miller Johnson have failed to accomplish a successful resolution in my divorce proceeding, allowing for the Settlement Agreement to be violated with no consequence or follow up to adherence. Very disappointed in her lack of professionalism, including the ability to spell the client's name correctly.

I've recommended them to clients & businesses but no more.

We hired them to facilitate the process of getting an H2A Visa for a family member. Started the process at the beginning of the year, they never follow up, deadlines were always waited until the last possible moment, forms rejected, and contant "...well because of Covid we're" backlogged, short staffed, whatever their excuse was. Being short staffed & backlogged sure didn't stop them from getting THEIR invoices out on time but they didnt have a care in the world to do our work in a timely manner. Here we are in October/November and nothing was accomplished & they called to say "Oops, visas are all gone for the year. Good luck, bye bye." What a waste of money, stress & aggravation.
