Horrible law firm, never communicated with me or the other party regarding sale of the home nor sent closing documents until mistake was brought to attention. Clients were ignored. They messed up payments a mess up Cristina admitted to making and than John threatened to call police under false pretense what was done was a felony offense on the client when at worst it would be com a civil suit between law firm and client. I would not use them to close on a home. They are unprofessional to the max. If you want to get the correct payment and not have things messed up and escalated to a civil suit or matter of look somewhere else. Distribution falls under the lawyers responsibility not the client and the client is not responsible for wrongful distribution of funds. It is on the attorney to correct not the client. Especially when the client is trying to cooperate.

I worked with Paul LaRue at Marchioni and Associates while purchasing a house. He was very professional and responsive. He answered all my questions and kept me informed during the process. He was also very direct which I appreciated as well. This office also responded to me very quickly which helped with the 2025 housing market.
