My experience with Evans Fox was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend the firm based on the representation I received.

I hired the firm to assist me with litigation, but the matter took much longer and cost significantly more than I expected. I frequently felt that my concerns and instructions were not being heard, and I was repeatedly asked for information that I had already provided.

I also disputed several aspects of the billing. I identified a billing error that the firm acknowledged, and I believe the overall fees were excessive in relation to the services provided.

Communication eventually became a serious problem. My attempts to obtain updates and have the agreed-upon work completed were not handled adequately, which ultimately led me to terminate the firm. I am now pursuing the appropriate process to recover fees that I believe should be refunded.

This review reflects my personal experience and opinion. Business owners considering this firm should carefully review the engagement agreement, request detailed invoices, and closely monitor the work being performed and the fees being charged.

Your phone system made it impossible to reach a real human being. I look for real human beings. What? I'm looking for lawyers and the lack of professionalism is just... I would never let anybody represent me that could have a phone system like this. You're supposed to be smart but you're not. Cheera
