I'd like to offer a different perspective regarding a recent review prepared in regards to a recent real estate closing transaction. Feedback is always welcomed and appreciated as it provides an opportunity to improve services and communications. While you stated that you were dissatisfied with your experience, the circumstances described do not fully reflect all the details. The law office communicated the necessary requirements on their very first contact. Key moving dates and new address information were not communicated in writing in a timely fashion so that special arrangements could be made in advance. This caused limited options available to complete the necessary closing documents and resulted in additional logistical steps. It is also good business practice to place a phone call during normal business hours to confirm an appointment if these steps can be handled locally--after-hour appointments can be accommodated when necessary with a confirmed appointment. Despite these challenges, the legal team remained responsive and worked to complete the sale successfully.

My experience with this law office during a home sale was frustrating due to communication and coordination issues. The office knew from the beginning that I lived out of state, but signing requirements and limitations were not clearly communicated until close to closing, which resulted in overnight shipping and additional costs.

When I raised concerns about the process and avoidable expenses, I felt the response focused more on the possibility of charging additional work rather than addressing the communication concerns. Hence, I would not recommend this law firm.

I highly recommend D'Aurizio Law Office. Jennifer was incredible to work with during my private sale. She held my hand through every part of the closing, answered countless emails and phone calls, and helped ease my anxiety throughout such a difficult transition — from NY to Florida.
