I hired Alex Jr. as the third attorney in my divorce proceedings at the end of 2017. I was not happy with my prior representations for many reasons. I was not getting any results, the proceedings were dragging in time, and consequently the costs were escalating to the roof.
I went to him with a previously scheduled Mandatory Settlement Conference with the strong requirement that he be my last attorney in the case. I wanted to resolve everything swiftly and at the lowest possible cost.
He completely exceeded my expectations. He handled the dispute with utmost skill and professionalism. His level of communication was also very involved. He would always inform me of the alternatives and he would never dismiss my concerns.
The division of assets was not easy but we were able to reach a settlement in May of 2018, just 4 (four) months after I hired him. His professional fees were very fair and reasonable and I felt extremely comfortable with the final settlement agreement.
The judgment was swiftly approved by the court and what had already taken close to 2 (two) years to dispute he was able to bring to an end in a short period of time.
I strongly recommend Alex Macksoud Jr. His work ethic and professionalism are unparalleled in this line of practice. He is definitely a results oriented attorney and not a “billing machine with a worthless rhetoric” as I have experienced with other firms.
