I don’t even know where to start with Daniel and Melody. This wasn’t just a case for me… this was about my dad, my family, and one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to go through. And through all of it, they showed up for me in a way I will never forget.

They always answered the phone. Always called me back. No matter what was going on, they made time for me. There were moments I was overwhelmed, emotional, or didn’t even know what questions to ask, and they never once made me feel like I was too much. They were patient, they explained everything, and they made sure I felt comfortable and understood every step.

Because of them, I was able to get through a process that felt impossible at times. And honestly, I don’t just feel like I had great attorneys… I feel like I gained people who truly care about me and always will. That’s something you can’t put a price on.

In the time that H&F have represented me (over 10 months trying to settle one case that was already 6 months old), I have spoken to my lawyer in person once and by phone 2 more times. They never return my calls and it takes several e-mails for anyone from their staff to respond. I don't know how this case will turn out, but from a 'peace of mind' stand point, this firm has done absolutely nothing to help me through this nightmare of a process and I am actively looking for a way to get rid of them.
