The lawyer was recommended to us by another professional, so we had high expectations. However, unfortunately, her secretary's handling of the situation left much to be desired. We requested an appointment six days in advance. The day before the appointment, we were informed that it had to be canceled due to an emergency involving the lawyer. This situation is completely understandable, as these kinds of unforeseen events can happen. We then contacted the secretary again to reschedule the appointment. I explained that the matter was urgent, and she offered us an appointment two days later at 11:00 a.m. or 1:00 p.m. Since work commitments made it difficult for us to attend at those times, I asked if it could be in the afternoon, and she finally confirmed the appointment for Thursday at 4:00 p.m. Two of us even overheard this information and rearranged our schedules to attend. To our surprise, on Wednesday we received a call asking why we hadn't attended the appointment, as, according to them, it was scheduled for that day. This surprised us because we had confirmed twice that the appointment was on Thursday at 4:00 p.m. Our bad experience wasn't with the lawyer, but with her secretary's appointment management, as there was a clear lack of organization and communication. Unfortunately, we ultimately decided against scheduling an appointment with the lawyer.

The lawyers worked in a very professional manner, demonstrating full knowledge of immigration laws and processes. Above all, I want to emphasize the honesty of this firm; I am very grateful for their help with my case.
