For getting a complete Estate Trust along with wills, living wills, and other necessary documents set up, Legacy Law is the place to use. Bryan and crew get it done quickly with compassion, knowledge, and for less cost than I was expecting.
I met with Bryan three times, the first to make sure of what I was asking for. I ended up with a VERY comprehensive package. A will, living will, power of attorney, HIPA, and finally a trust for my house, bank and retirements accounts as well my property. I also purchased a will, living will, power of attorney, etc. for my son.
The second meeting was just for ME, for showing the documents I would be getting, and explaining in detail anything that I had questions about. The third meeting was for signing the documents that we went over in the 2nd meeting. Smooth, easy, and stress-free.
What I was NOT expecting was how comprehensive the package is. Take my attempt at my own living will, for instance. What I had not thought of was WHO decides if and when I am "incapacitated." Legacy Law made a clear team to decide. And that is just one surprise out of many that Bryan has covered in detail in writing. Trying to do this on my own? Not a chance.
If ever you finally decide to save your assets and make life SO much easier for your family if you die or become gravely ill, give them a call.

We are so extremely disappointed with this law firm. We were initially impressed until we pre paid in full before all the work was completed ( we were promised all documents would be completed last May).
It is now January and not only is the work incomplete much like other less than stellar reviews ( that have been removed)of this firm and more importantly, there is no response or communication. Our experience was reflected in an earlier honest review. Upon posting, Bryan immediately contacted me, apologized for the lack of communication, office and phone issues and asked me to please remove the poor review and he would resolve and complete all of the outstanding documents. Unfortunately, this has not been done nor has he or anyone from this firm updated us. There is an obvious office administration issue that has led to law office failure. We simply requested that our documents be completed and/ or that we be provided a status update to ensure our Trustee was well informed .Instead ,,we are compelled to seek other options. Sadly, as senior citizens I do NOT recommend engaging with this firm nor paying them before the work is signed, sealed and delivered. As senior citizens , one with a terminal illness and paying clients we are disappointed that we were not treated respectfully and responsibly. Ultimately, we left this law firm and found out from new attorneys that the deed to our home was never filed or transferred to the Trust!

It’s been almost three years since we started working with Amanda Gilbert-Largent on our parent’s estate and this office simply does not know how to return a phone call or an email. Communicating with them is impossible, they just ignore their clients altogether. Our parents estate is quite simple and we are actually dumbfounded as to what the hold up is - you’d think they’d want to wrap up our case but they just keep us hanging. Bottom line is l I wouldn’t recommend this firm to anyone. Look elsewhere for legal help unless you have loads of time to kill.
