I worked with Ms. Jones’s office for nearly a year and a half with no meaningful progress on my family court case. I ultimately had to hire a new attorney, after spending approximately $7,000, only to be placed back at square one.

I was consistently told to be patient because “family court takes time,” yet critical deadlines were missed, and simple, agreed-upon orders were never filed. As a direct result of her inaction, my case was dismissed. This was not a complicated matter—both parties agreed to child support orders and visitation modifications—yet the failure to file fell on her office, not on any lack of cooperation or information from me.

Communication was extremely poor. Calls and emails often went unanswered unless payment was due or I spoke very sternly. I was even told that returning my calls was “costing me,” despite the lack of progress and missed obligations. Ms. Jones frequently appeared unprepared and uninformed, not because information wasn’t provided, but because it seemingly was not reviewed or acted upon.

The most concerning part of this experience was the feeling that my interests were not being represented at all. At times, it felt as though I was working against my own attorney rather than with one.

There was no accountability, and responsibility was repeatedly shifted onto me despite clear documentation showing otherwise. I have extensive proof and communication records supporting everything stated here.

I would not recommend Ms. Jones to anyone seeking reliable, diligent legal representation—especially in matters as important as family court and child support.

I was connected to Mrs. Jones through a legal service and found her lack of knowledge and interaction to be dismissive and unprofessional. After looking at her other reviews I can see that I am not alone. I am not sure why she took my request as she lacked relevant knowledge to the the situation and interjected personal observations and opinions, some of which were unprofessional. Be careful if this is who you are asking to represent you in court.

In my experience of working with Tiombe Jones it started out okay, as the case begin to move forward I do not believe Ms.Jones or Her assistant took the case serious. She was provided with information that would have in fact been helpful in court but decided to not take nor hear the Information. Communication with Ms.Jones was very Minimal but anytime it came to receiving payment - The assistant would not mind reaching out to ask or send reminders via email.

I strongly believe Tiombe Jones handles cases with negligence the day of court she was under prepared. In fact right before she mentioned if she had been paid more money the case would’ve been handled differently. She made false promises and till this date I’m still going through court due to her lack of knowledge and understanding, unfortunately after losing a Child Custody Case - Her or the assistant has yet to reach out but IRONICALLY ATTEMPTS TO TAKE MONEY FROM BAKE ACCOUNTS UNAUTHORIZED. I Believe it’s extremely unprofessional and un business like to do so.

I do not believe she nor her assistant takes cases seriously but they will take payments!

Tiombe did not represent me but someone I know. She fights for her clients. She is wise. She fights for what's right. She is a righteous woman. I recommend for anyone who needs someone to fight for them.

DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY-- I strongly recommend against hiring Attorney Tiombe Jones. My experience with her has been deeply disappointing, and I feel obligated to share my concerns to help others make an informed decision.

From the start, I noticed significant issues with her organization and professionalism. She often forgets critical aspects of my case and attributes these lapses to personal challenges. While I understand that everyone faces difficulties, I believe it’s essential for professionals to disclose anything that might impact their ability to provide reliable service before accepting a retainer.

Throughout my case, communication has been a major problem. She has gone months without responding to my questions or providing updates. When she does engage, she treats her clients condescendingly, rating them on how much “hand-holding” they require instead of taking the time to explain the complexities of their cases.

Additionally, she appears to rely heavily on her assistant rather than conducting the necessary research or preparation herself. This lack of attention and effort has left me feeling unsupported and frustrated.

To be clear, this review is not about the outcome of my case—I haven’t even reached the final trial yet. My dissatisfaction stems entirely from her approach, which has made an already stressful process even more difficult.

If you’re considering hiring Attorney Jones, I urge you to think twice. I regret every moment of working with her and would not want anyone else to go through a similar experience.
