My Mom worked with Brett and he was very helpful for her to update her documents in regards to her POA and everyone there in the office were very helpful and kind. But when it came time we needed to do a long term care plan for my Mom they never returned our calls, or email's. I feel like they totally gosted us. And no explanation . And for that left Mom and family disappointed. 😢💔
