I strongly recommend going with another firm. This firm is very lazy and will call you with the same questions over and over again. Which they should have had the first time. They aren’t very knowledgeable when it comes to real estate law. Martin was to file my case at the end of September but made every excuse as to while he couldn’t file it clear till the end of October due to Death in the family, Out of town, or I have to do more research? It took another law firm less than a day to file my claim. We had to terminate our agreement with this firm as he honestly didn’t do a single thing for our case but still changed me $480.00 for things he nor his firm every completed! I would go somewhere else that cares about you and doesn’t take advantage of your retainer when they didn’t do a single thing!
