My original lawyer, Jonathan Veres, up and left the Gaydos team in the middle of my divorce case to start his own practice. No notice to them or me, just left. Lauren was a Rockstar! She had to take over all of Jonathon's cases, and figure out what was actually done and what wasn't, as he had told multiple clients (including myself) he had done things that he hadn't, and had multiple things filedin the wrong order. Lauren also navigated the challenges of working with me living in Texas and also an OTR truck driver - so everything HAD to be done remotely, and my ex is in prison. I HIGHLY recommend Lauren from Gaydos Law any day of the week!!

My family recently needed the services of an estate attorney and we decided to go with Gaydos Law. Joe Gaydos handled our case himself and we could not be more thankful for all of his hard work and efforts. His dedication and attention to detail made the process easy. His professionalism and dedication were evident throughout the process. His staff kept us informed and answered any questions we had. We highly recommend Gaydos Law for any services the law firm offers.

I read though a lot of these reviews. They seem like they could be good injury or other specialty lawyers. I noticed most of the reviews mention Hunter, whom I had not had a chance to deal with. Please- I implore you- DO NOT USE THEM FOR FAMILY COURT. I'm not sure if attorney Lori Love still works with the firm but she basically just took me through the motions to collect fees. She had no action plan, and when asked for one, resigned as my lawyer. She did not seem capable of handling the stresses of family court. I also found out later that she is a single mother. Not sure if that created some sort of personal bias towards me, but she was definitely unprofessional to say the least. I paid all of my lawyer fees in a timely manner and kept my retainer filled as often as possible. After Lori resigned and my finances ran thin(typical of family court), I was having trouble making final owed payments, and instead of working with me I was contacted by Mr Gay and threatened to be sued for the remaining money. I had to scramble to borrow money putting me further into the hole. Remember folks. The name of the game is "Title 4D" funding. For every dollar the familiy court system brings in from child support, the Federal government gives the local court system 66 cents( in PA). Everyone else- lawyers, clerks, court staff, judges and lawyers all lucratively benefit from a money making system that DOES NOT have the best interest of the child in mind. I have no criminal record. I have never even had a speeding ticket or traffic infringement. I've never been in a car accident that was my fault. I work several jobs to make ends meat, and pay my bills, taxes and child support on time, and yet I am not allowed to see my kids based on hear say accusation. I have a house and vehicle with plenty of space for my children. Cys was called on me 4 times, all of which were deemed "unfounded" accusations. And yet none of this was taken into account. I am a loving and affectionate father(not to make myself the hero of my own story). I taught my kids how to read and write. I have loved them and missed them every single day I have been without them. And yet... Title 4D= incentivised enforcement of child support. It's always about the money folks. Tread carefully in family court. A place you are guilty until proven innocent, and without proper representation or speedy due process. Words cannot express how lucky and blessed to have found Gaydos Law. Hunter Shreffler Attorney at Law took the lead on my case. He was calming. He was upfront. He had a plan and executed. Not only did things go in my favor the outcome was timely. I would recommend him and this firm. I hope I would never need another attorney but if I do Hunter I'm calling you. Thank you so much for everything.

Joe recommended Ryan Tutera as an attorney for us he charged us 5,000 for a simple motion that he simply filed the paper work and that was it . It was like pulling teeth to getting any kind of answers from Ryan I do not recommend this firm . We contacted Joe about drawing up a simple will which was over a month ago we have placed several phone calls and received no return call and considering we were going to pay 1200 for a 150 will. They way over charge for the lawyer experience without providing it. Therefore, to summarize attorney gadyos poor services: 1. Attorney Gaydos placed a poor referral to an excessively overpriced attorney, namely Ryan Tutera. Attorney Tutera was a severely poor attorney because he crafted a motion without any significant discussion of the substantial legal case law which likely would have prevailed to win my motion (which failed) AND he violated well established practice standards by not allowing me to review the motion (as I requested) BEFORE it was filed. 2. According to Attorney Tutera, attorney gaydos, received an excessively high referral fee which was not disclosed to me. This fee was twice the cost which attorney Tutera would have asked me to pay for the poor motion he filed undisclosed to me. 3. I requested a simple will which, of course, is a time sensitive legal need. He then violated the acceptable, to me, schedule which was he claimed would occur. He left me hanging week after week without even the simple courtesy of calling me. 4. I found out later that the simple will which he failed to provide on a timely basis was exceedingly over priced at $1200 could be obtained at an excellent quality for only $149. Therefore his pricing is very overpriced. To conclude his care was damaging to me in many ways.
