				Extremely disappointing experience.



After paying a $3,000 retainer at the end of January, I trusted that my custody case was being handled. Instead, over a month passed with no filing, and I was only then told additional paperwork was needed. I was frustrated and told them I will not be needing their services and was going in a different direction.



On March 5th, I was told I would receive a partial refund and an itemized bill. As of March 26th, I have received nothing. I followed up again and have been completely ignored by both the attorney and their paralegal.



Poor communication, lack of urgency, and failure to follow through. I would strongly encourage others to consider this before hiring this firm, especially Shannon Sacca.
