Poor service. My family felt like he dragged things out to run up the bill. Did not return correspondence in a timely way, and was long on excuses. He ended up hiring other lawyers to finish the job but still charger an over inflated amount.

Rude and ignorant secretary lied about him only doing chapter 7 when in fact he does all chapters. If butterini would’ve looked through his own damn files then he would’ve remembered that I filed chapter 7 through a different lawyer back in 2020 after consulting him. What difference does it make if I never filed through his office!? He has my court records from the last chapter 7 on file! Therefore I should have filed chapter 13 with him in 2024 and he lying about me not speaking to him!

David is the executer and a recipiant of connie que estate,she passed away 7 years ago,and david butterini is yet to settle the estate,does not answer inquiries about why it is taking so long,very disappointing he created the documentation now he.is saying that he is not an estate attorney,i have contacted the law firm he r efered me to to get ansswers and one again no response.
