Frank S Ieraci, Attorney at Law

From my perspective, our experience with Frank Ieraci was extremely disappointing. We tried very hard to make sure Frank was prepared for court and had the facts and information he needed. Instead, much of his attention seemed focused on getting financial paperwork signed, and after that he essentially went missing in action until it was time for court. He did not even leave enough time to properly meet before her appearance. His performance in court was not good, and from my perspective, it was almost embarrassing considering his years of experience. The facts and concerns behind the case remain valid, but we were left feeling they were not presented or handled effectively. Mr. Ieraci repeatedly emphasized that he had given "good legal advice," but that did little to address our concerns about his preparation, communication, and courtroom performance. One thing that particularly disappointed me was noticing that his website had been upgraded during the time my girlfriend was his client. Obviously, I don't know personally how much involvement he had in that project, but from my perspective it was frustrating to see his business website receiving attention while we struggled to get adequate time and attention for her case. It left me with the impression that his focus was on other things rather than adequately preparing for his client's upcoming court appearance. His website says he treats clients like family. Based on our experience, if this is how he treats family, I would hate to see how he treats his enemies. Of all the attorneys I have dealt with or observed, he came across as the most rude and dismissive. Given his experience and reputation, I expected significantly better communication, preparation, and courtroom performance. Ultimately, I was extremely disappointed and felt that we put more effort into trying to get him prepared for court than he put into keeping his client prepared and informed.

I was very disappointed with my experience with Frank Ieraci. He was often short on time for me and came across as arrogant, rude, and dismissive when I had questions or concerns. Despite being the most experienced attorney I have worked with, I felt he had the weakest courtroom presence. After waiting months for a court appearance and experiencing losses in the courtroom, I was repeatedly told that I had been given good legal advice. Unfortunately, the results and my overall experience left me feeling very let down. Frank may have been a very good attorney in the past, but based on my experience, I have to wonder if he is simply past his prime. I expected much more given his experience and reputation.
