This firm, in my experience, has demonstrated a pattern of unethical, aggressive, and harmful behavior that not only disregards the rights of individuals but appears willing to manipulate facts and procedures to suit its agenda.

Specifically, Jake Lowrence was retained to conduct a workplace investigation regarding serious concerns I raised. However, he failed to speak to at least three key individuals who had direct knowledge of the events under review. This failure significantly compromised the integrity and legitimacy of the investigation and demonstrated either gross negligence or a willful disregard for objective fact-finding.

Following this, Caitlin Gehlen, also of Lathrop GPM, became involved and proceeded to escalate the matter through a series of concerning and potentially unlawful actions, including:

Providing false information to law enforcement, specifically claiming that legal documents had been served to me when they had not;

Participating in what appears to be a cover-up of wage law violations, in coordination with her client, rather than advising them to correct their behavior;

Facilitating actions that resulted in unlawful withholding of wages, unauthorized deductions, and improper benefit terminations;

Denying the existence arbitration agreement existed between my employer and myself

Acting in an unnecessarily aggressive and adversarial manner, despite previous commitments from her client to cooperate on certain matters.
